Wenjun Feng

Wenjun Feng is a PhD student at the Delft University of Technology. His PhD research highlights the maritime connection and global status of Guangzhou as an international port city and regional centre of nowadays Greater Bay Area. His study focuses on the long-term dynamic evolution of Guangzhou’s port-city relationship under the influence of Chinese foreign trade policy. His research adopts the perspective of historical institutionalism and the method of historic geo-spatial mapping for analysis and illustration of these long-term urban changes. He holds a MSc in Architecture and Urban Design from Politecnico di Milano, a B.Arch from South China University of Technology and a BSc in Architecture from Politecnico di Torino.
